What we collect
Information you give us. The only personal information this website collects from you is what you choose to type into our form:
- Contact form (the bottom of the home page) — asks for: Name, Email, Phone, Subject, Message. Your message is sent to us by email. A copy is also kept in this website’s own database.
Messages sent through our form are both emailed to us and stored in this website’s own database, together with the IP address and browser the message was sent from. We keep them so we have a record of inquiries we have received.
Please send only what is needed for us to respond. A website form is not a secure channel, so please do not use it to send sensitive personal information — for example Social Security or other government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records.
Information collected automatically. Our host and our security provider automatically record standard technical information about every request to this site — the IP address it came from, the browser and device, the page requested, the page you came from, and the date and time — in server and security logs used to run the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or advertising pixels. Our security and delivery provider does run a cookie-free page-performance measurement that reports aggregate figures such as page views and load times; it does not use cookies and does not follow you to other websites. We do not use this to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with what you send us through the form.

- Google (reCAPTCHA). Checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. Google receives your IP address and information about how you interact with the page, and uses it under its own privacy policy.
- If the law requires it. We may disclose information where we are legally obliged to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or a “Global Privacy Control” signal. This website does not advertise, and it does not monitor your activity over time or across other websites, so there is nothing on this site for either signal to switch off.
Do other companies track you across websites through this site?
We do not use advertising networks, social-media pixels, or cross-site tracking tools on this website, and we do not allow them. However, our pages include Google’s reCAPTCHA anti-spam check. When your browser loads that content it connects to Google directly, and Google receives your IP address, your browser type, and the address of the page you are viewing. Google runs services across many websites and we do not control what it does with that information; its practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. Apart from that, no other party collects personally identifiable information about your online activities over time or across different websites through this site.
How long we keep it
We keep messages sent through this website for as long as we need them to answer your question and to keep a reasonable record of the contact, and then we delete them, unless we are required to keep them for longer. Server and security logs are kept for a short period by our host and our security provider under their own retention schedules.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, including serving this website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and limiting access to form messages to the people who need them to answer you. No website or email system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.
Asking about, correcting, or deleting your information

Apart from the technical records described above, what we hold about a website visitor is the message you sent us. If you ask us to delete it we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it, and a copy may remain in routine backups for a limited period before it is overwritten.
